Get away to a peaceful holiday home nestled in the pink city. Hosting a variety of experiences, within the property, guests can devour an elaborate complimentary breakfast spread. Proceed to take a leisurely morning walk, amidst the bright sun rays. Carry a book to read, uninterrupted. Gather your loved ones and play indoor games like cards or ludo. If you wish to do some cardio, feel free to make use of the treadmill at the property. Unwind, relax, and enjoy a refreshing splash in the private swimming pool. Savour a scrumptious barbecue meal around the bonfire. Retire in your bedrooms in the evening.

– There is a serene walkway leading up to the villa, embellished with a variety of potted plants, on either side.

– The villa opens up to an expansive living area on the ground floor, with sofa-style seating arrangements for up to 9 people.
– It is equipped with a myriad of amenities including an AC, BT 2.1 music system, 65 inch TV, and Wi-Fi access.
Bedrooms
– There are 3 well-furnished bedrooms – All on the ground floor.
– All bedrooms offer a variety of amenities including AC, Wi-Fi access, and a wardrobe.
– Two of the bedrooms are equipped with king-sized beds and attached bathroom.
– Third Bedroom has Queen Size bed with direct access to swimming pool and common bathroom & open shower.
Bunk Bedroom
– Kids and Adults would equally love this bedroom that offers a bunk bed in addition to a King size bed
– The bedroom has attached washroom.
Bathroom
– There are 2 attached bathrooms and 1 common bathroom.
– All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.
Kitchen
– There is a kitchenette in the villa.
– Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles, and food for infants, or full fledge meals.
– It is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, RO water purifier, toaster, chimney, gas stove, hot water kettle & induction cooktop.
– Crockery and cutlery are also available along with all basic utensils.
Rain Dance
– If you feel like going into the rain, we have a perfect spot for that.
– This Rain Dance would make you feel that you’re in a hill station.
– This is also a good spot to have a romantic candle light dinner.
Food And Activities
– Guests can eat out or order from nearby restaurants. Both Swiggy and Zomato deliver on the location.
– There are many great restaurants nearby like Talk of the Town, DMB, etc.
– Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
– We have Books, Guitar, Board Games, Badminton, Playing Cards for you to make the most out of your vacation.
ADD-ON SERVICES
– Barbecue kit is available at no additional cost.
– The washing machine can be used at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per cycle.
– There is a designated bonfire area, however, guests will have to arrange for the wood themselves.
– Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

The amenities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable. We particularly enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, which allowed us to prepare some delicious meals using fresh ingredients from the nearby market.
My recent stay at this place was absolutely incredible! From the moment we stepped inside, we were enchanted by the lush green garden, full size swimming pool, charming decor and welcoming ambiance. The host’s attention to detail was evident in every corner of the villa, making it feel like a true home away from home.
HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
– Guests are advised to remain cautious, given the presence of insects and bugs around, especially during the monsoon season.
– All-male groups are not allowed.
– This is not a pet-friendly property.
– In case of a power outage, the inverter can support all the lights and fans for up to 8 hours.
– All mobile networks work fairly well here.
– Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
– Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
– There are 10 CCTV cameras that capture the common areas and external areas for security purposes.
– The stay is part of a gated complex.
– The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
– Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. The network is subject to availability at any given time.

Jaipur also referred to as the Pink City, is surrounded by Aravalli Hills and is famous for its heritage and fascinating monuments. Traditional hand-loom garments, flamboyant markets, and wonderfully laid-out gardens are just a few things to look forward to in this beautiful city. So, while you’re enjoying your royal stay at this property, here are a few activities we recommend doing to make your stay even more memorable.
– Take a brief walk in nature and embrace beauty.
– Go for bird watching, and lion and leopard safari at Nahargarh and Jhalana respectively. Getting Around:

HOUSE RULES
– Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas only. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
– Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. Smoking indoors is not permitted.
– Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
– We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
– Guests have access to the pool from 7 AM to 9 PM.
– Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
POLICIES
– The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
– The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
– Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
– All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
– All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
– Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
– Any illegal activity – including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics – is strictly not permitted.
– Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
– A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
– This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
